What are your items made out of?

Our animal figures are made out of marble and have either a marble or an agate base.

All of our trees have a wire trunk and wire branches, while their bases and "leaves" (or stones) are made from different natural materials, such as agate, crystal, and quartz.

The cookware is made from soapstone with metal for the accents.

Are there different color options?

For some of the animals and flowers, there are multiple color options. Please make sure to select the correct color you wish to purchase when adding an item to your cart.

Please be aware that with every item being handcrafted and made out of natural stone, there may be some color and size variations.

What are your online chat hours?

Our online chat hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm EST. If you contact us after hours, we will still receive your inquiry and will respond during the hours listed above.

What are the payment options?

We accept all credit cards and payment through PayPal.

How long does it take to ship my purchased items?

Do your prices include tax and/or shipping costs?

Tax and shipping costs are not included in the amount listed for each item. However, we ship to anywhere in the United States for $5.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes! Our RAS Boutique is located at 2249 Westbrooke Dr. Columbus OH, 43228. The store is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love your items as much as we do! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase date. R.A.S. is not responsible for return shipping costs or items that get lost or damaged upon return.

After placing your order, it will take 3-5 business days for us to ship your items.
